BAHAN-BAHAN: Bebola daging/ayam 3/4 Kentang 1/4 cawan Susu 2-3 sudu makan mentega / margarin Garam secukup rasa 1/2 cawan stok ayam Sos black paper Tepung KAEDAH: Bebola daging/ayam 1) Goreng bebola daging/ayam di kedua belah bahagian hingga keemasan dan coklat. (Anda boleh membuat bebola daging/ayam sendiri tetapi memerlukan masa. KAEDAH: Gravy 2) Jangan basuh kuali yang telah digunakan untuk menggoreng bebola daging/ayam. 3) Tambah beberapa sudu mentega / margarin dalam kuali. Selepas ia cair, tambah sedikit tepung. Masak tepung sehingga masak dan tambahkan 1/2 cawan stok ayam. (Jika anda tidak mempunyai stok ayam, anda boleh menggunakan kiub ayam dan cairkannya dalam 1/2 cawan air panas). 4) Kocok sehingga tidak ada sisa tepung yang tinggal. Jangan lupa tambah sos black paper dalam kuah. (Jika anda tidak mempunyai sos itu, anda boleh menambah 1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam). Jangan lupa letak garam secukup rasa. KAEDAH: Kentang lenyek 5) Kupas dan potong kentang. Selepas itu masak kentang dalam air mendidih. 6) Stelah sisp dimasak, lrtsk tepi tetapi jangan biarkan ia sejuk. Lebih mudah dilenyek jika kentang masih panas. 7) Tambah 1/3 cawan susu dan beberapa sudu mentega / margerin. Lenyek sehingga menjadi halus. Jangan lupa beri perasa pada hidangan anda. _____________________________________________ INGREDIENTS: Pre-made meatball 3/4 Potato 1/4 cup of Milk 2-3 tablespoon of Butter/margerine Salt to taste 1/2 cup of Chicken Stock Black Paper sauce Flour METHOD: Meatball 1) Fry the meatball on both sides until its golden and brown. (You can make your own meatball from scratch but it take time. So by using pre-made it saves a lot of time). METHOD: Gravy 2) Don't wash the pan that had been used to fry the meatball, it had flavor on it. 3) Add few tablespoon of butter/margerine in the pan. After its melted add a little bit of flour. Cook the flour until the rawness had gone and add 1/2 cup of chicken stock. (If you don't have chicken stock, you can use chicken bouillon and dilute it in 1/2 cup of hot water). 4) Whisk it until there is no clumps of flour left. Don't forget to add the black paper sauce in the gravy. (If you don't have the sauce, you can just add 1 teaspoon of black paper powder instead). Don't forget to salt to taste the gravy. METHOD: Mashed Potato 5) Peeled and cut the potato to bite size pieces. After that cooked the potato in a boiling water. 6) If its cooked, drain the potato and set it a aside but don't let it cooled down. Its easier to mashed the potato while still hot. 7) Add 1/3 cup of milk and a few tablespoon of butter/margerine. Mashed it until become fine paste.
